Director of Contact Center Operations
Serving as our director of contact center operations, Jules Donnelly is responsible for managing TeleNet’s world-class team of lead development representatives (LDRs). Jules leads the productivity, quality and talent aspects of our business, focusing on three fundamentals: collaborative teamwork, passion for excellence and recognition & reward. Her passion for people shines through her management style, successfully combining productivity, quality and fun. Jules is supported by TeleNet’s productivity manager and our quality manager, as well as an exceptional team of operation supervisors, quality assurance specialists, and call center administrators.
Jules joined TeleNet’s management team in 2015 with an extensive background in human resources and training, including 11 years at Target as the executive team leader for human resources. During her tenure at Target she was responsible for hiring and staffing, as well as developing and training a team of 250 people. Jules led TeleNet’s human resources & training department prior to moving into her current operations role.
Jules achieved her B.B.A from Mercer University, with a concentration in human resource management and a minor in education.
