Director of Human Resources
As a people-centered business, our human resources department is a critical component of TeleNet’s success. Kendra Reynolds is instrumental in leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring we have the right talent and skill sets to create a thriving call center. Working closely with Tim Goodwin, director of call center strategy, and Ashley Rist, director of client services and delivery, Kendra has a leadership role in helping to drive TeleNet’s company culture focused on: collaborative teamwork, passion for excellence and recognition & reward.
Prior to joining TeleNet as our director of human resources, Kendra worked for Impact Outsourcing Solutions as a field services supervisor. Holding a bachelor of business administration from the University of North Georgia, Kendra recently completed her master’s degree in July 2017.
