Tamika Drake is an expert in call center operations with more than a decade of experience working at TeleNet. Starting as a marketing communication specialist in September 2000, Tamika was promoted through the ranks, as a quality assurance specialist, operations supervisor and is now serving as TeleNet’s call center coordinator. In her current role, she is responsible for TeleNet’s day-to-day call-center operations including program and staff scheduling and overall agent development and program performance. Tamika works hand-in-hand with TeleNet’s team of program supervisors, and reports directly to our vice president of program management and operations.

Prior to joining TeleNet in 2000, Tamika spent several years in customer service and retail management positions. An alumnus of the University of Georgia, she is currently pursuing a degree in organizational management from Tiffin University.
