As vice president of program management and operations at TeleNet, Ashlea Harris manages the program management team, as well as our call center operations and quality assurance department. Under Ashlea’s leadership, TeleNet’s operations team has expanded to meet growing client demand, while maintaining TeleNet’s never-ending commitment to high quality standards. With an emphasis on customer service, Ashlea and her program management team have received exceptional customer satisfaction ratings year over year.

Ashlea brings a high-level of expertise in designing and implementing demand generation initiatives to drive revenue for TeleNet’s clients. Her strategic vision has helped to define the best practices and operational efficiencies that allow TeleNet to develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns that exceed customer expectations.

Joining TeleNet in 2005 initially as a program manager, Ashlea was promoted to vice president in 2008. Prior to TeleNet, Ashlea’s resume boasts experience in marketing, management, sales and customer service, including working as the Premium Suite Sales Manager at Georgia Tech Athletic Association where she increased premium seating contribution revenue more than 51 percent during her tenure.

Ashlea earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Clemson University and a master’s degree in mass communication with a concentration in advertising from the University of Georgia.
