How is day-to-day activity measured?

Using historical data from similar efforts, TeleNet sets relevant benchmarks – conversations, leads, depth of data captured – prior to the launch of each client program. These benchmarks allow our management team to ensure daily results are on par. Additionally, we find it critical to receive feedback from our client’s sales team during the initial stages of a program. Sales feedback allows enhancements and modifications to be made, which in turn helps to ensure overall program success.
